Growing up, I learned to value family, hard work, and stewardship of the great outdoors.
Today, I help leaders & teams see the big picture—and act on it.
I build bridges across differences and help turn vision into action. Folks love working with me for my “head, heart, hands” approach to social change.
As a proud Xennial, I straddle the line between analog and digital, reminiscing about playing outside until dark while celebrating the dawn of the internet age. My journey took me from Minneapolis to Santa Cruz, where I’ve spent my adult life as a frontline organizer, advocate, facilitator, leadership coach, yoga teacher, and working mom. With extensive experience in organizational development, community organizing, public policy, advocacy, and leadership development, I’ve also become a decent Spanish speaker.

With 20+ years of developing the next generation of social impact leaders, I’ve honed a craft that blends strategy, intuition, and results. I received my coaching certification via Co-Active Training Institute — widely recognized as the gold standard in coaching and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
As a Positive Intelligence® mental fitness coach, I draw on neuroscience to strengthen resilience, focus, and well-being.
